Since 1996, Charles Young has been working with the online technology industry in Australia. Charles background includes being a co-founder and major stakeholder in previous technology start-ups, and as a trusted advisor to a broad range of companies across the digital industry. Charles’ vast network allows him to create the most valuable strategic solutions and partnerships across Australia and the Asia Pacific Region. His passion for technology development and commercialisation makes him a valuable asset to our clients.

Nanda Pillai has been at the forefront of the technology industry for almost 20 years and has developed a vast network spanning the APAC region, including strong connections in SEA, India, China, Hong Kong and Australia. Nanda’s clients are primarily North American and European companies establishing their business in APAC. He is seen as an indispensible advisor in the area of business development to telecommunications companies. Nanda’s experience in Asia has allowed him to conceive highly innovative ideas for new technologies and deliver ground breaking solutions for our clients.

Steven Zammit has over 15 years’ experience in senior positions with Private, ASX listed and US Multinational companies. Steven’s experience spans over various industries including property, mining, financial services, telecommunications and funds management. Steven has joined the group to establish and develop a new division within the company. Over the years Citak has built strong relationships, alliances and joint venture arrangements with various industries across the Asia Pacific region. Through these relationships Citak has established a joint venture arrangement to secure funding from the Asia Pacific region for investment within Australia. Citak and its joint venture partner are now seeking to establish partnerships with various financial institutions private equity and mezzanine funding groups to secure fund on behalf of Australian companies. Steven holds a Masters of Business (Banking & Applied Finance) and is also a Certified Practicing Accountant.
